How to buy

It’s very easy you just have to follow these steps:

  • Search for your interested item. You will see zoomed pictures just by clicking on them and read a detailed description.
  • Select the size and quantities desired and add the item in the basket. You can continue with the purchase or continue adding items to the basket.
  • In the basket you will be able to check the chosen items and its characteristics, sizes & prices.
  • Fulfill personal details and add a payment method.
  • Confirm your purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.

In which countries can I purchase?

All countries

Are the sold out items replenished?

When the item has been sold out it will not appear as available on the website. Once it is in stock it will appear again.

Will I get the same product as on the picture?

Yes but keep in mind that colors might look slightly different in reality. Check carefully each product description and contact us if you have any question. info@madisoncruz.com.

How can I get my password back if I forgot it?

If you forgot your password you will be able to get it back in My Account section.

How can I know my purchase status?

In “My Orders” section. If you are not yet registered you can click on “your order information” link in the confirmation email.

Can I delete any item from my order?

Yes, as long as you have not accepted the purchase. In the cart you will be able to add and delete the items if you don’t want them.

Can I delete my order?

Yes, you will be able to cancel as long as its state allows doing so. To check go to “My Orders” section.

Payment

The accepted payment methods are:

PAYPAL: After confirming the order, you will be taken directly to the Paypal website. Once the payment has been proceeded, you will get back to this website and a confirmation email will be sent.

Shipping

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose.

How soon will I get my order?

Delivery times are between 5-10 business days on average, depending on the availability and the destination.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping is Free as from 50€ of purchase.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, through “my account” section, in “orders”, you can see the status of your order.

Changes & returns

What is the deadline to make a change or return?

The deadline for any return or exchange is 15 calendar days once the item has been received.

How can I make a change or return?

  • To make the change or return you must send us back the product at your own charge. Once we have verified that it is in perfect conditions, the amount of the item will be refunded or, in case of a change, the selected item will be sent.

Once a change is made, can I return the new item?

Yes. You have 15 calendar days from the date we confirmed your new shipment.
