- In the basket you will be able to check the chosen items and its characteristics, sizes & prices.
- Fulfill personal details and add a payment method.
- Confirm your purchase.

In which countries can I purchase?
Are the sold out items replenished?
When the item has been sold out it will not appear as available on the website. Once it is in stock it will appear again.
Will I get the same product as on the picture?
Yes but keep in mind that colors might look slightly different in reality. Check carefully each product description and contact us if you have any question. email@example.com.
How can I get my password back if I forgot it?
If you forgot your password you will be able to get it back in My Account section.
How can I know my purchase status?
In “My Orders” section. If you are not yet registered you can click on “your order information” link in the confirmation email.

Yes, as long as you have not accepted the purchase. In the cart you will be able to add and delete the items if you don’t want them.

PAYPAL: After confirming the order, you will be taken directly to the Paypal website. Once the payment has been proceeded, you will get back to this website and a confirmation email will be sent.

What is the deadline to make a change or return?
The deadline for any return or exchange is 15 calendar days once the item has been received.

- To make the change or return you must send us back the product at your own charge. Once we have verified that it is in perfect conditions, the amount of the item will be refunded or, in case of a change, the selected item will be sent.
